Meet the Chrysalis Montessori Team
Roxana Haloiu
Founder/ Montessori Educator
Roxana Haloiu is passionate about helping children thrive and fostering creativity in their early years. Her Montessori journey began while working as a nanny in West London, where one of the children she cared for attended a Montessori nursery. After earning her Montessori Diploma, Roxana worked in several reputable Montessori settings, deepening her understanding of the Montessori Method and Early Years Practice through both hands-on experience and further training. With a BA in Montessori Early Childhood Studies, Roxana is dedicated to lifelong learning. She strongly believes that the children she works with are her most important teachers. Inspired by her son Theo, Roxana founded Chrysalis Montessori. The school was born from her search for an environment that catered to very young children, one that supported their relationships with others and their surroundings while providing the freedom to explore safely with a caring adult as a safe anchor.
